About Us 
The Defibrillators are a rock and roll band originally made up of three paramedics (now two) hence the name.We play predominately 50s' rock'n'roll from the likes of Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly & Gene Vincent. We also play  60s' & 70's classics, from The Beatles & The Monkees, to T Rex & David Bowie. If you're looking for Garage, Rap or  Bass & Drums we are definitely not the band for you!
The Somerset based band have played private functions, pubs, street parties and festivals from Yeovil to Porlock . In July 2012 we even supported the world famous Wurzels. Since 2014 We have become increasingly active on the club scene and have been booked throughout Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Leicestershire, Berkshire and Kent.  
 

The Defibrillators (Defibs to our fans)  are:-
Kirk Russell    -  Manager, rythmn/lead guitar, vocals
Gary LaTraille -  Bass guitar, vocals
John Godfrey    -  Drums, percussion

The Defibs have their own PA,  lighting, (even a smoke machine!) and can provide background/disco music if required.  We take health & safety very seriously and have Public Liability Insurance.
